Learning outcomes:
• ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of the theoretical basis of innovation processes, their organization, resource, legal and administrative support;
• ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of operational, marketing, investment, crisis and creative management of innovative activity subjects;
• to use the basic components of creativity in innovation activity of enterprise, to use modern methods in generating innovative ideas, to form creative environment and to implement modern mechanisms for motivating creative potential of participants in the innovation process;
• to develop, evaluate and justify options for innovative development of enterprises in the domestic dynamic and unstable environment and to determine the optimal structure of resources for their implementation;
• to use modern electronic resources and information technologies in innovative activity of enterprise;
• ability to be adaptive to the new unpredictable situations and to make the appropriate decisions;
• ability to aware needs of lifelong learning, to enhance acquired and to acquire new professional knowledge;
• ability to produce creative ideas, develop and manage innovative projects, perform professional tasks in independent and collectively ways.

The concept of creative management. The creative potential of the individual. The head of the leader of creative management. Formation of creative environment in the enterprise. Creative organization. Management ideas. Managing the development of creative solutions in the enterprise. Training and development of creativity.
