- knowledge of the principles of information flows organisation in the logistic system, methodology of the logistics information system design;
- differential knowledge in production logistics, supply, distribution, trade, transport and warehouse logistics;
- knowledge of research methodology and consulting activities in the field of logistics.

- skills to coordinate the supply chain participants relationship, perform the informational support of supply chain management;
- skills to identify and evaluate the enterprise logistic processes effectiveness, conduct logistic audit; implement benchmarking results; coordinate solutions in
logistic activity with decisions in other enterprise activities;
- skills to diagnose and analyze the crisis in the logistic activities, the ability to promptly neutralize them.

The choice of subject and object of study. Adoption of topic, development of objectives for graduate work, scheduling of execution. Studying literature. Collection of factual material on the subject of the study. Treatment of factual material using a PC. Writing a first version of the work , submit it to review the supervisor. Troubleshooting and writing the final version of the theoretical and methodological, analytical and research and design advisory chapters, introduction and conclusion. 1. The organizational part. 1.1.Stages of preparation to execution (writing) of the master's qualification; 1.2. The stages of execution (writing) of the master's qualification; 1.3. The sequence of the presentation and defence of the master's qualifying work

3. Economic substantiation of the strategic indicators of activity of the enterprise: the essence, features, structure and methods of calculation (net revenue, profit, assets, equity, Payables, return on equity, return on assets, return on manufactured products, capital return on sales, the total cost of production (services), the structure of the cost price). Shareware-variables and conditionally constant costs. Method of calculation of cost savings. Recommendations for achieving strategic indicator within a chosen theme with the help of the developed meashure.

• Knowledge of general provisions of management of innovative activity, innovation policy, normative and legal support of organizations ' activities;
• Knowledge of modern methods of socio-economic diagnostics for solving qualitative and quantitative problems; • Ability to analyze efficiency of the enterprise using modern diagnostic methods;
• Knowledge of basic legal acts and reference materials, current standards and technical specifications, instructions and other normative and administrative documents in the sphere of innovation activity management;
• Ability to assess the level of competitiveness of the Organization;
• Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level, to have research skills manifested in the ability to form new products in the chosen industry, to choose appropriate directions and appropriate methods for their implementation, taking into account the available resources.

1. The organizational part. 1.1.Stages of preparation to execution (writing) of the master's qualification; 1.2. The stages of execution (writing) of the master's qualification; 1.3. The sequence of the presentation and defence of the master's qualifying work
2. The methodological part.
3. Economic substantiation of the strategic indicators of activity of the enterprise: the essence, features, structure and methods of calculation (net revenue, profit, assets, equity, Payables, return on equity, return on assets, return on manufactured products, capital return on sales, the total cost of production (services), the structure of the cost price). Shareware-variables and conditionally constant costs. Method of calculation of cost savings. Recommendations for achieving strategic indicator within a chosen theme with the help of the developed meashure.
