Learning outcomes:
1. ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of professional oriented disciplines in field of economy and innovative approaches of competitiveness of enterprises (organizations), their innovative development management, innovative business process designing and modelling, innovative enterprise (organization) management system optimization, innovative activity controlling, creative management, marketing of innovations, innovative activity risk.
2. ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches to innovation management, principles, laws, technologies, methods, processes of grounding and making innovative management decisions, resolving conflicts within scientific and technical cooperation;
3. ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the factors of the modern market environment, marketing approaches to the creation and launch of innovative products and the development of innovative strategies for the development of enterprises (organizations) of various activities;
4. ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of operational, marketing, investment, crisis and creative management of innovative activity subjects.
5. to integrate and use acquired theoretical knowledge on practice to solve management problems in the field of innovation.
6. integrate the innovation and marketing policy of the enterprise (organization), manage the process of finding the target market in order to realize the innovation potential, coordinate the needs and behavioral response of consumers and develop measures to stimulate internal and external factors motivating the demand for innovative products;
7. identify costs of innovation by accounting, tax and management approaches, group them by different features, apply modern methods of costing and pricing of innovative products;
8. use a balanced scorecard, modern methods and technologies for controlling the innovation activity of the enterprise (organization, institution);
9. to combine different economical and mathematical methods and models for analyzing and evaluating the risks of innovation activity, to take management decisions and to develop measures to reduce their impact on the effectiveness of innovative projects.
10. to develop, evaluate and justify options for innovative development of enterprises (organizations, institutions) in the domestic dynamic and unstable environment and to determine the optimal structure of resources for their implementation.
