Learning outcomes:
As a result of study of the module does a student must:
- to know: organizing the logistics of controlling the company; Controlling operational methodological tools; main areas cost analysis of the company; the purpose and methods of interconnection costs, and the amount of profit (CVP); reserves to reduce costs;
- able: assess the level of expenditure; determine the effect of changes in costs, prices, and (or) the amount of profit tax; define operating leverage factor and use it to predict changes in income; determine the effect of the combination of sales income of the company; identify the reserves to reduce costs enterprise and develop measures to mobilize; check the validity of administrative decisions regarding the company's expenses; assess the implementation of the decisions by identifying deviations of the actual costs of the planned (normative).
Required prior and related subjects:
Prerequisites: Logistics, Financial Management, Strategic management.
Co-requisites: Logistics Consulting, Logistics Decision Optimization.
Summary of the subject:
Total production and economic and financial characteristics of the object of study. Analysis costs of the company (analysis costs ordinary activities, analysis of operating costs, analysis of the production cost of production). Analysis of logistics costs. Analysis interconnection costs and the amount of profit (CVP). Optimization costs.
