1. In-depth knowledge of the main categories and terminology base of international business strategies, the theory of international business strategies, the essence, significance and basic elements of international business strategies.
2. In-depth knowledge of methods for analyzing the environment for the formation of international business strategies, methods for choosing international business strategies.
3. In-depth knowledge of the types of strategies of international business, strategies of the company's exit to foreign markets, international strategies.
4. In-depth knowledge of the technology of developing international business strategies.
5. Ability to choose the best options for implementation of international business strategies.
6. Ability to carry out portfolio analysis of the international business of the subject of foreign economic activity.
7. Ability to assess the effectiveness of implementing international business strategies.
8. Ability to predict the expected results of implementing international business strategies.
