Financial and economic rationale for the project design aims to optimize the movement of financial and cash flow, and effectively solve problems encountered in the implementation of the project. The essence of the justification of the project design of business as express goals of the project. To optimally used the resources of the organization should prioritize, select just those design decisions that will give maximum economic and social impact.
