Результати навчання:
• To know theoretical and methodological fundamentals of business planning, methods of market analysis, feasibility assessment of the main stages of development of a business plan, planning and economic organization of the enterprise, how to develop a financial plan and budget of the enterprise.
• The ability to demonstrate the basic knowledge in the sphere of strategic, operational, innovative, crisis, financial, investment, creative management organizations and their units.
• The ability to plan various activities , to create organizational structures of management organizations and departments , using effective system of motivation of employees, to ensure regulation of administrative processes.

Curriculum vitae (Resume). Characteristics of the enterprise. The description of products (services) that are produced by enterprise. The research and analysis of outlets of the products (services). The characteristic of the competitive environment and competitive advantages. The plan of marketing activities. The plan of the production activity of the enterprise. The organizational plan. The financial plan and investment programme. The analysis of the potential risks. Social and economic results of the business plan’s implementation.
