Learning outcomes:
• know the theoretical and methodological foundations of social work practice at all levels both from the standpoint of national and international experience, the possibility of their application in practice through conducting scientific research, professional content issues and creative ways to solve them due to changes in environmental conditions;
• - Be able to: establish professional relationships with clients while providing them social services assess the needs and capabilities of customers and on that basis decide on assistance to help different types of users of social services with the use of individual, group work and work in the community to provide the necessary information , encouraged to solve problems on their own, implement the responsibility to the client and social institution, solving ethical dilemmas to consider formal and informal network of care and support, available resources (own clients, social institutions, schools partners), not only material.

Summary of the subject:
Fixing skills collection, analysis, interpretation primary sociological information, theoretical and practical bases selected scientific themes, forms and methods of working with social information, integrated application of social work to analyze the social situation (problem), holding at the school of social work empirical research to master's qualification work, the conclusion of the program, the practical part, the analysis and interpretation of the results, based on the wording of the package of proposals on improvement of social services and representation in the form of individual tasks - describe the practical implementation of the 3rd section of the master qualifying work.
