Learning outcomes:
Knowledge.
• Knowledge of the types of arts, their features;
• Knowledge of the key terms and concepts;
• Knowledge of the chronology of the fine and decorative art various styles in Europe from ancient times to the present and their characteristics;
• Knowledge of the main artworks та artists in the studied stylistic periods.
Practical skills.
• Ability to collect, systematize and analyze information on the art history and create presentation on the chosen topic;
• Ability to determine the style of a prescribed artwork. Ability to attribute it by analyzing characteristic features such as composition, subject, character of elements, materials of the artwork and by comparison with analogues.
