• ability to master methods and tools of effective management at all stages of the project lifecycle;
• ability to work over specific functions of project management at the level of international standards;
• be able to develop a project concept and create an efficient project management system;
• be able to choose an optimal model of project implementation;
• be able to choose the best project based on criteria of minimal duration or cost of works;
• be able to optimize project parameters in line with project requirements;
• be able to use special project management software, such as MS Project OPEN PLAN, РЗ

Summary of the subject:
Justification of variants of organization of investment project management. Creation of an ordered set of works on project management. Creation of an ordered set of project works and evaluation of their time and cost parameters. Development of organizational and technological models and calendar plans (for various variants of organization of project implementation and management). Project cost estimation. Determination of essence of contractual obligations of project participants. Project budget planning. Control over implementation of an investment project, change management. Evaluation of investment project performance and efficiency from the perspective of interests of each of participants.
