Learning outcomes:
The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following programmatic learning outcomes:
1) ability to demonstrate knowledge of the basics of vocational disciplines of specialty in the field of determining the value of construction objects, design works and property valuation, resource assessment of construction production, in the field of economic management of the construction company, enterprise potential management, in the field of business planning and audit , project management and enterprise development programs;
Skills (MM):
1) to substantiate the behavior policy and contractual relations in the process of construction both within the enterprise and with agents of the external environment (customers, contractors, controlling bodies, suppliers, transport and logistics organizations, financial market entities, legal institutions, state and local authorities power);
2) identify and evaluate the risks of the enterprise's business activities, develop and justify measures to manage its financial and economic security.

Summary of the subject:
The purpose of the discipline is the formation of knowledge and skills of the student in the field of normalization and management of resources of construction enterprises, assessment of the economic efficiency of construction production, rational activity of construction and assembly organizations, knowledge in the field of organization and management of the enterprise in a market economy. The objective of studying the discipline is to impart to the students modern knowledge of methodological principles of normalization and accounting of resources of construction organizations, the ability to effectively manage the material and labor resources of the enterprise, to develop and justify programs of innovative measures for economic development on the efficiency of construction production, the ability to identify the efficiency of capital reserves increase , analysis of resource efficiency, knowledge of theoretical and methodological bases marketing and marketing.
