2) the ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the legal support of enterprises business;
3) the ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of operational, marketing, logistics, finance, investment and innovation, crisis, social and human resources of the company to ensure their coordination and total focus on increasing the market value of the company.

1) to assess the value of tangible and intangible assets, property complexes, businesses using consumables, revenue and market methods.
