• to know and understand the laws of development of economic processes of the enterprise and modern forms of development of business entities;
• to know and understand the basic principles, progressive forms and methods of planning in market economy conditions;
• to know and understand modern systems and mechanisms of financing of construction, taxation system in construction;
• be able to evaluate the resource potential and assets of the enterprise, to form the production and organizational structures of enterprise management;
• be able to solve practical tasks in planning production, sales of products, resource support, financial needs, develop a business plan for the development of the enterprise;
• be able to identify, analyze and evaluate the influence of factors of internal and external environment on the activity of the enterprise, to determine and forecast the strategic prospects of the company's operation;
• be able to organize and plan effective financial work at an enterprise, taking into account the organizational and legal form of ownership and organizational and economic form of management;
• be able to develop typical plans for economic and social development of the enterprise and optimize the enterprise's production program.
