Learning outcomes:
• reasonably choose and implement foreign economic transactions;
• conduct commercial negotiations to conclude foreign trade contracts and cooperation agreements;
• manage processes of support of making decision in international business;
• prepare and conclude foreign trade contracts, taking into account the subject and the object of the agreement.

Summary of the subject:
International agreements and commercial transactions. Typical contracts in international trade. Types of Contracts for the International Sale. International exhibitions and fairs. The contents of international contracts of sale. The procedure and technique of preparation an international trading agreements for direct relations with contractors. Enforcing Contracts for the International Sale. Stopping foreign trade contracts. Commercial activity in the global market, which is carried out through intermediary link. International exchange of technology for commercial and non-commercial basis. International engineering. International leasing operations. International operations of insurance. International tourism. Operations on the maintenance and provision of spare parts.
