- ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of project management philosophy; knowledge and understanding of design and programmatic approaches in enterprise development management; advanced knowledge of the methodologies and tools of project management and enterprise development management; to formulate and justify the choice of project, program, portfolio for implementation and its concept;
- be able to optimize project parameters; be able to make project decisions based on acquired knowledge and skills in project management; be able to use cost-effective tools for managing resources, costs and project budget.
be able to choose and apply optimal project management software; be able to use the most common in business structures software products such as MS Project, Project Expert, Audit Expert, Jira Atlassian.
