Learning outcomes:
The student should know the basic changes in lifestyle and worldview tribes and peoples of Europe, the factors that led to the beginning
formation of European civilization, the characteristics of ancient society, the causes and nature of the most significant international conflicts and periods of major historical figures of the era.
Prepared specialist should be able to: practice the acquired theoretical knowledge, classify and analyze sources; periodization and navigate the cultural and historical development of the ancient population of Europe; work with specialized scientific literature; summarize received information in the study of the development of scientific subjects; identify, organize and summarize historical information in the educational and cultural activities.
Required prior and related subjects:
basic knowledge of world history and ancient history of Ukraine
Summary of the subject:
The student should get the basic theoretical hospitable needed for practical work with ancient sources: - The history of the formation of the science of antiquity; - The historical periodization of ancient and rhenium and Ancient Rome; - Ancient terminology; - The value of historical sources in the study of historical processes.
