• know the features control the behavior of the individual (study group) from the standpoint of psychopedagogy;
• apply didactic principles and knowledge about psychological regularities in the educational process.

Summary of the subject:
Psychopedagogy as a science. Personality traits and their incorporation into the educational process. Managing behavior of individuals (study group) from the standpoint of psychopedagogy. The types of interpersonal communication. Verbal and non-verbal communication. Mechanisms of social perception. The theory of the origin of leadership. Styles of management in the institution (study group). Manipulation in the institution (the educational process).
