- methods and techniques of programming in high and low-level languages; - specialized software packages; - skills in planning and implementing appropriate information security measures in information and communication systems; - legal basis for research activities and Ukrainian legislation on information security; - skills in professional business communication, team skills; - knowledge of typical approaches to protected information activity objects design.
 - formulation of technical requirements to special technical and hardware-software security facilities, information processing and control in information communication systems; - development and evaluation of modern principles, techniques and methods of the theory of secure systems; - analysis of risks and threat sources, threat model development, malefactor model development; - analysis and selection of customer service for computer systems (CS) taking into account operating modes, requirements to request disciplines, request flow value and latency period variance; - provide justification and implement the system of information security resources with restricted data protection at the information activity objects; - certification (on the basis of enumeration and examination) of security areas (zones), compartments, etc. under non-disclosure obligation with contaje in the appropriate documents. - application of specialized knowledge and practical experience in mathematics, physics, fundamentals of circuits, signals and processes in computer systems and networks, metrology and measurement, theory of information and encryption; - information security legal coverage, prediction and modelling in the social sphere; - make an assessment of conformity of the information security system of computerized system with its purpose according to the requirements of operating standards; - be able to estimate the real threats of protection and security violation; - on the ground of analysis, select protective system and perform updated proposal development.
