Learning outcomes:
- to know: theoretical and applied principles of project activity, its resource, normative-legal, informational and managerial support; parameters and factors of influence on the development of the project in order to form its budget;
- to be able to: solve specialized tasks and complex practical problems in the field of project management; calculate the indicators of the business plan and to draw up the projects of its sections, to form a business plan; evaluate the economic efficiency of projects; the ability to establish, develop and coordinate interaction with stakeholders in project activities; identify costs for the project, form the budget of the project, the program; make informed decisions in the field of project management; choose and apply a wide range of project management tools;
- to be aware of: risks of project activity, project and program management, in particular financial risks of the project, their inclusion in the application of the budget method of project management; project and program management systems and implement their structural decomposition.
